Refunds and cancellation policy
Owing to adverse weather conditions your booked activity might be cancelled. No refunds will be given, however you may rebook your event for an alternative day. You can claim a refund up to 7 days after purchasing a gift voucher unless the activity date and time has been booked. Refunds after this period will be at our discretion and will be subject to a £25 or 25% (whichever is greater) cancellation charge. Note that refunds can only be made to the original purchaser, not any third party. The request for a refund must be made in writing and posted to our address. Vouchers are transferrable, with no extra charge-please notify us with change of recipients details. In the case of short notice cancellations there will be a charge of £25 per person, you may even lose your voucher if we are unable to fill your space on the day,
