Our Falcons are bred to excel at hunting although the physical appearance of the eyasses, size, shape colour etc are factors to consider, we feel hunting ability to be paramount in our breeding program. All our falcons, parents and eyasses, are maintained and reared on a three-day rotation diet of Quail, Rat and Doc with nutritional supplements, this ensures health and vitality from egg through to collection. All falcons are parent reared from 7 days of age until hard penned, at which stage they are then removed from their parents and placed into our hack pen, for a minimum of 4 weeks. This ensures the young falcons mature both physically as well as mentally to become well-adjusted trained falcons of the future.
All falcons are sold with the appropriate paper work, which will include Breeders Certificate (A10 European CITES), Declaration of Captive Breeding and a Registration Document where required, also for client's taking there falcons back home to an EU country will include a health Certificate. For any falcons being exported to a non-EU country a 2 to 3 week time delay can be expected while a World CITES export permit is applied for.
